Liability Waiver

I understand that skateboarding involves inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment failure that may result in serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in skateboarding lessons and activities. I release and hold harmless Just Skate Lessons, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of participation in skateboarding activities.
